Neither marriage was found. What was searched, so it is not repeated:

1. William Wylie Coe Sr + Eunice I. Drummond (expected ~1922–24)

Miami Co, Ohio marriage index v. 5 (1912–1925), FamilySearch DGS 7712106 (catalog koha:293808), image 65, p. 114 = grooms with surname C and given name W, Oct 1913 – Sept 1925: no William Coe. Image saved: docs/records/holly_familysearch_1912-1925_marriage-index_Miami-Co-OH_v5-p114_C-W-grooms_NO-William-Coe.png. So the marriage was not in Miami Co (Piqua) despite Lora's 1924 Piqua birth.

WV VRR: Coe William 1947–63 and Bom Mildred 1947–63 — none (the WV marriage index is thin after ~1940).
newspapers.com: "Mildred Bom" 1948–70 — only unrelated Illinois/Oklahoma hits; "Coe Bom" in WV 1950–68 — only Beckley papers, unrelated. No Wheeling/Moundsville papers for those years on the site.
